A blend of nutrient dense herbs that may provide key nutrients, like a herbal multivitamin. Excellent in times of stress, following illness, surgery, & big life changes.  Especially beneficial for postpartum bodies.

This is the blend that started it all. It isn’t original and it isn’t creative - this blend exists many times over, often with additional herbs and typically recommended in pregnancy.

Deeply nourishing and so synergistically delicious. I was drawn to nettle while pregnant and wanted to incorporate the benefits of red raspberry leaf so blended them for ease. I added rosehips for the nutrition but also the nostalgia of a wild crafted tea blend my parents made and sold when I was a kid. What I discovered was the most delicious and nutritious herbal tea, I truly drink this in some form every single day and am so excited to share it with you

Nettle | high in iron, calcium, and vitamin K which may support bone and blood health

Red Raspberry Leaf | provides key micronutrients and minerals, known to be especially supportive for people who have a uterus and can tone uterine muscle in preparation for and the aftercare of childbirth

Rosehips | high in Vitamin C and other antioxidants supporting immune health and skin radiance
